我们的价值观
You need to love what you do and do it passionately, this is the only way to make work enjoyable and satisfying.
Passion for us also means to never give up our distinctive quality standards that keep gratifying us both on a human and a professional point of view.
Thanks to this manufacturing philosophy we got to create machines and tools with very high technical contents and great reliability. Each Toselli machine is designed thinking to functioning, operational safety and durability. Cost control is also important but totally subject to our will to maintain our quality characteristics. This allows us to work the way very few still do.
Planned obsolescence is unknown and our machines are made to last and to supply an excellent service for a long time. That’s why we use top raw materials, such as pivots and cemented bearings on all moving joints, stainless steel booms, state of the art painting and treatment cycles. All assembly phases are made internally while booms and precision carpentry are made one by one in our welding department.
We take good care of pre-delivery testing too, all our sprayers undergo attentive functional and conformity controls further to being subject to regular tests by external certifiers.
